Your next challenge:
- Provide high-level administrative, operational and commercial assistance to the RMs in client management.
- Day-to-day management and control of all the clients' queries, in collaboration with RMs (account openings, placements and investments, client visits, transfers, etc.).
- Proactive follow-up of accounts status.
- Proactively identify client needs and share the information with RMs.
- Ensure the practical application of all the procedures, KYC surveillance permanent documentation of client activity and of the overall interaction with the client and monitoring of important transactions.
- Test new IT tools
Your skills:
- Experience in handling with clients both on the phone and per emails, in putting the clients first and provide a personal service
- At least 5 years' experience in the banking environment and in an administrative role
- Good knowledge of relevant internal processes and compliance obligations
- Fluent in Dutch and English, any other European language would be seen as an advantage
- Well-organized, flexible and disciplined, able to handle multiple tasks and client requests in a structured way
- Strongly client- and results-oriented and motivated to be part of a team.
