Your next challenge:
- Contribute to the growth strategy and to the development of the value proposition of the bank
- Conduct research to identify business opportunities with both existing and new customers
- Maintain an extensive knowledge of the current market conditions to detect and/or anticipate possible commercial opportunities and cross-selling opportunities
- Analyze potential opportunities (new client type, new product, new geographical areas)
- Collaborate within the team and across business lines to maximize client satisfaction and max the development of the bank value proposition
- Follow-up the deals from the offer to closing
- Follow the lifecycle of the security and react in case of an event
- Promote agency services and the bank in Luxembourg and abroad (participate in associations, events)
- List securities on the Stock Exchange and with the approval of the Regulator (be up to date with the regulatory and infrastructure developments)
- Liaise with Compliance team and ensure that the Compliance policy of the Bank is respected
- Make use of the internal tools to keep track on your business development activities and invoicing
- Propose improvements to the existing tools and help develop new tools for follow-up and client relationship management
Your skills:
- A proven track record in a sales position / securities / origination / listing
- A good knowledge of securities lifecycle
- A good knowledge of Compliance requirements and processes
- Excellent interpersonal skills, an entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to build sustainable relationships
- A good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office tools
- Negotiation and analytical skills
- A high level of integrity and ethics
- A relevant education and / or work experience in Finance, Economics, Project Management
- Fluent in English; French, German or any other language is seen as an advantage
- Client-oriented and results-oriented
- Rigorous, organized and methodical
- Assertive and able to take charge of the deal from end to end
- Curious and eager to investigate
- Motivated to be part of the team
