Within the Go-To-Market unit, you will support the Customers & Markets team in managing the customer lifecycle, offering insights for competitive scheduling, liaising with the bank's various sales departments and support services to contribute to the bank's commercial achievements.
Your next challenge:
- Keep track of market trends from a competition and strategy perspective (competitive benchmarks, new offers…).
- Analyse specific target segments (market figures, clients' needs and expectations, etc.).
- Contribute to the elaboration and analysis of the main market studies on the Luxembourg banking market.
- Help the team to collect customer feedbacks and analyse it to identify ways of increasing client satisfaction on different customer journeys (NPS, CSAT, CES, …).
- Support the team in coordinating the client experience through ongoing projects on specific customer journeys.
- Contribute to the customer engagement strategy and customer lifecycle management on key identified customer journeys.
Your skills:
- Education: Master's degree in Marketing, Strategy, Economics or equivalent
- Languages: French & English (C1 level)
- IT tools: MS Office tools skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to interact with and build relationships with people from different departments and levels of seniority.
- Strong quantitative and analytical competency. You are a self-starter, meticulous and able to use initiative
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Availability for a 6 month mandatory internship starting from January 2025
