Senior AML/CFT-Compliance Officer : The Function
- Provide daily compliance support to clients, with a focus on AML/CFT obligations
- Lead and collaborate with Compliance Assistants to ensure smooth operations
- Develop and update internal policies and procedures related to compliance
- Prepare and draft comprehensive compliance reports
- Conduct risk assessments and identify areas of potential concern for clients
- Assist in handling due diligence and related screening processes
- Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders on compliance matters
Senior AML/CFT-Compliance Officer : Your Profile
- You hold a Master's degree in Finance, Business administration or Law
- At least 5 years of experience in compliance management in Luxembourg with strong knowledge of investment funds
- Fluent in French and English, any other language will be an asset
- You have an excellent analytical, critical thinking and problem solving capabilities
- Very command of Excel and Microsoft Office
