Transfer Agent - AIF - Hands-on TA duties

Our client is a well-established Professional of the Financial Sector (PSF) located in the heart of Cloche d'Or, with over 15 years of success in the alternative investment funds industry. As part of their continued expansion, they are now looking for a Transfer Agent with hands-on experience in AIFs to join their dynamic operations team.

Transfer Agent - Responsibilities

As a key point of contact between the fund and its investors, you will take ownership of the full investor lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a premium level of service:

• Manually process subscriptions, redemptions, capital calls, dividend distributions, and payments, ensuring deadlines and compliance requirements are met.
• Handle investor queries, maintain ongoing communications, and ensure up-to-date investor registers.
• Conduct and monitor all AML/KYC procedures to ensure full regulatory alignment.
• Perform NAV validations and prepare periodic investor reports, ensuring quality and accuracy.
• Support regulatory filings, audits, and assist in cross-functional projects with the compliance and fund accounting teams.

Transfer Agent - Your Profile:

• 3 to 5 years of experience as a Transfer Agent working with alternative funds (AIF).
• You're comfortable with manual processing and take pride in precision. You understand the importance of accuracy in a non-automated environment.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
• Solid command of Excel and general MS Office tools.
• You're detail-oriented, reliable, and enjoy working in a team-driven environment.
