Senior Compliance Officer/RC : The Function
- You will develop the AIFM Compliance function (2nd line of defence) in close collaboration with the Chief Compliance Officer / MLRO.
- You will be responsible for the development and execution of the compliance audit programme for AIFM in Luxembourg
- You will be in charge of RC mandates for Luxembourg funds.
- You will participate in the creation, updating and improvement of the relevant policies (Compliance- / AML-Policy, etc.).
- You will carry out UBO analyses independently and manage reports to the RBE register.
- You will be actively involved in monitoring our service providers and external partners, in collaboration with the relevant departments.
- You will ensure that new regulations are implemented correctly.
Senior Compliance Officer/RC : Your Profile
- You hold a master's degree in banking/finance or in the legal field
- You have at least 6 to 10 years' experience in a similar position in a Luxembourg ManCo / AIFM or in a reputable audit/consulting firm.
- You will have experience of alternative investment funds.
- You will have a good knowledge of Luxembourg AML and AIFM legislation and experience in drafting SAR/STR policies, reports and declarations.
- You have a perfect command of German and English (knowledge of another language, such as French, is an asset).
- You will be comfortable using standard MS-Office applications and Worldcheck
