Senior Compliance Officer/Administrator : The Function

• Actively participate and be a key team member in the implementation, monitoring and improvement of tailored compliance and regulatory services offered to Fund and Corporate client's entities
• Assisting management with maintaining good relationships with the regulator (CSSF)
• Providing regular reporting to the board of directors on compliance related matters
• Conducting tests of internal controls and procedures to ensure that risks are being managed appropriately
• To present information, such as Enforcement Notices, updates and Sanctions Lists, to the relevant board of directors

Senior Compliance Officer/Administrator : Your Profile

• You hold a Bachelor degree in Law, Corporate Law, Economie Law or a related discipline
• Being fluent in English, French is a strong asset
• At least 4-5 years' experience in the Luxembourg financial service industry with a good understanding of AML-CFT / KYC framework
• Experience in the corporate services and depositary industry is a plus
• Be a team player, able to work with staff at all levels
• Ability to demonstrate strong research, analytical and reporting skills;
• Demonstrate a high level of interpersonal and communication relationship skills
• Be a motivated self-starter with drive and initiative.
