Risk Conducting Officer : The Function
- Carrying out the statutory/regulatory duties and responsibilities of a Conducting Officer in charge of Risk Management in an AIFM
- You will Ensuring effective design, implementation and ongoing assessment of the Risk Management Policy, Risk Management Procedure and Risk Framework monitor
- Preparing/reviewing and approving the monthly, quarterly and annual reports concerning the risk management function
- You will actively take part in the different fund investment committees
- Coordinate, monitor and liaise with the compliance officer in connection with the compliance workstreams of the AIFM and AIFs managed Liaise with external and internal auditors regarding risk management topics
- Review and approve the AML risk assessment tool for the AIFM
- You will be in charge to ensure compliance with the AML risk tolerance defined for the AIFM and AIFs managed and review and approve the AML reports prepared by the RC
Risk Conducting Officer : Your Profile
- You hold a Master's degree in Finance or Economics
- A previous experience in risk management of 5 years within an AIFM or a Management Company in Luxembourg is mandatory for this position (CSSF approuved)
- Excellent knowledge of the Luxembourg AIFM and AIFs legal and regulatory framework
- You are fluent in English, French or Spanish would be a plus
- You are described as a person who has excellent inter-personal skills, with a strong personality and highly organized
