Senior Payroll - Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire payroll process for 200 employees, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on payroll matters and legal requirements.
- Ensure strict compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Handle a small portion of administrative tasks related to contracts, compensation, benefits, and reviews.
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to streamline payroll procedures and optimize efficiency.
- Improve payroll management processes and maximize tax benefits to maintain market competitiveness.
Payroll Officer - Qualifications:
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in a fiduciary or law firm environment.
- Fluent in both French and English.
- Strong proficiency in Excel is highly valued.
- Rigor and strong motivation are key attributes.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
