Mid-Senior Lawyer - Your Role :
This role involves managing a diverse range of corporate and funds cases, working with a select clientele on complex transactions. Mid-Senior Lawyer - Your Profile:
- Credentials: CCDL-qualified and registered on List II.
- Experience: A minimum of two years in business law, ideally gained through judicial training or practice in a similar area.
- Language Skills: Fluent in both French and English, with strong communication abilities.
- Specialization: An interest in corporate law and alternative investment funds, with the ability to bring strategic insight to these areas.
