Accounting Manager - Your Responsibilities:
- Managing the accounting activities for a portfolio of SOPARFI and holding entities (e.g., HoldCo's, PropCo's).
- Leading and supervising a small team to ensure smooth operations.
- Preparing and reviewing financial statements in compliance with LuxGAAP and IFRS.
- Handling tax-related matters, including VAT submissions.
- Overseeing client accounts, including the preparation of annual reports.
- Serving as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring strong communication and support.
- Providing clients with expert guidance on accounting, tax issues, and other relevant topics.
Accounting Manager - Your Profile:
- A solid educational background with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance or accounting.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a fiduciary or comparable service provider in Luxembourg.
- Fluency in German, complemented by strong proficiency in French.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing a portfolio of commercial entities.
- Excellent interpersonal abilities, emphasizing a client-oriented and proactive mindset.
