Junior Real Estate Lawyer - Your Role :
- Take charge of a diverse portfolio focused on real estate transactions, from acquisitions to lease agreements.
- Communicate with clients with clarity and precision, ensuring all transactions are meticulously documented.
- Collaborate with senior lawyers to tackle complex real estate issues and navigate regulatory landscapes.
- Conduct insightful legal research and craft detailed memos to inform strategic decisions.
- Draft, review, and negotiate real estate contracts and legal documents with finesse.
- Safeguard clients' interests by ensuring all legal documents adhere to the highest standards.
Junior Real Estate Lawyer - Your Profile:
- You hold a Master's degree in Law, Business Law, or a related field, with a robust background in real estate law.
- You bring 1-2 years of hands-on experience in real estate law, ideally within Luxembourg.
- You have (or are on track to obtain) the CCDL and are listed with List II.
- Fluency in English and French is essential; German is a valuable asset.
- You're a proactive team player with outstanding communication skills and a knack for meticulous work.
- Your commitment to quality and responsibility shines through in every task you undertake.
