Our client, an international investment structure AIF specialized located in the city center, is renowned for its expertise in Private Equity & Real estate and global advisory. With billion in assets under management, including also billions in Luxembourg, they serve a diverse portfolio, and have a strategic focus on Luxembourg and Europe. As they continue to expand, they're seeking an experienced Senior Manager Accountant to lead financial operations across EMEA.
The Senior Manager Accountant (ACCA qualified) will oversee all financial and accounting functions, coordinating with international entities to ensure compliance, efficient financial reporting, and tax optimization. This high-impact role requires a proactive leader ready to manage complex, multi-country financial operations and support the Group's strategic growth.
Head of Accounting - Responsabilities:
- Financial Management: Oversee monthly reporting, consolidation, financial statement preparation, and cash flow.
- Collaborate with auditors, legal advisors, compliance teams, and accounting units across borders.
- Regulatory Compliance & Audits: Manage IFRS, LuxGaap, and coordinate audit processes (UKGaap operations as well).
- Tax & VAT Optimization: Work closely with tax teams on DAC 6 filings and lead tax efficiency initiatives.
Head of Accounting - Your profile:
- 10+ years in accounting in a fund company, Big 4, or international firm.
- Diploma + ACCA certification with expertise in IFRS, LuxGAAP (UKGaap is a plus).
- Technically skilled, autonomous, deadline-driven, and an effective communicator with leadership abilities.
- English fluency mandatory and willing to work in an international environment with a hard work driven mindset. Any other language is welcomed.
