German-speaking Corporate Officer - Key Responsibilities:
- Thorough preparation of board meetings, including drafting agendas, reports, and resolutions.
- Coordination of board meetings and precise drafting of minutes for discussions.
- Managing official company correspondence and communication, including letters, reports, and legal notices.
- Monitoring and updating company legal documents in compliance with current regulations.
- Close collaboration with external lawyers and legal advisors to ensure legal and regulatory compliance.
- Active involvement in managing and resolving complex legal and administrative issues.
German-speaking Corporate Officer - Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role in Luxembourg with strong knowledge of corporate governance and corporate law.
- Fluency in German and French, along with good proficiency in English.
- University degree in business law, business administration, or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with excellent organizational and time management skills.
German-speaking Corporate Officer - Offers:
- Salary of approximately 60 000€ per year.
