German Corporate Officer - Your Role :
- Preparing and organizing Board of Directors and General Meetings, drafting minutes and legal documents, ensuring compliance with legal obligations.
- Working with internal departments (accounting, tax, legal) and coordinating audits.
- Providing legal advice and maintaining regulatory oversight.
- Managing and developing customer relations, participating in strategic meetings.
- Preparing regular reports, monitoring files and deadlines.
German Corporate Officer - Your Profile:
- You are perfectly bilingual in English and German.
- You have a minimum 3 years of experience as a Corporate Officer or in a similar role.
- You are organized, meticulous, and enjoy working in a team
