German AML Compliance expert - RC - Your Role :
The AML Compliance Officer will manage and oversee AML/CFT compliance for a diverse portfolio of financial clients, including banks, asset managers, and investment funds. Key responsibilities include developing and updating AML/CFT policies, providing strategic risk management advice, and ensuring accurate submission of compliance and suspicious activity reports (SARs). The role also involves conducting compliance audits and risk assessments, supervising transaction monitoring, and offering ongoing training to client teams. Additionally, the officer will act as the primary liaison between clients and regulatory authorities, representing clients during audits and investigations.
German AML Compliance expert - RC - Your Profile:
- Expertise: Minimum of 10 years' experience in AML compliance and regulatory mandates.
- Education: Relevant degrees in finance or law.
- Languages: Fluent in English and German.
- Personal qualities: Entrepreneurial spirit, creative problem-solving, and the ability to navigate complex environments.
