Compliance Officer : The Function
- You will be responsible for the fund onboarding registration
- Implementation and follow-up of the compliance monitoring plan
- You will draft AML reports and proceed to KYC/AML analysis
- Ensure that the legal documentation of the funds complies with current standards
Compliance Officer : Your Profile
- You hold a Master in Business Law or in a similar field
- Fluent in French and English (any other languages will be a plus)
- Previous experience of at least 4 years as a Compliance Officer in Luxembourg is mandatory for this position
- You are a proactive person, able to work in autonomy but also to be part of a team
- Knowledge of funds (AIFM/UCITS/PE/RE) will be a strong asset for this position
- An interest for marketing techniques will be appreciated
