Compliance Officer-Full Flexibility-Luxembourg City

Our client, a human-sized PSF of around 10 people is looking for a talented Compliance Officer to join their team. Compliance Officer : The Function

• You will be responsible for the fund onboarding registration
• Implementation and follow-up of the compliance monitoring plan
• You will draft AML reports and proceed to KYC/AML analysis
• Ensure that the legal documentation of the funds complies with current standards

Compliance Officer : Your Profile

• You hold a Master in Business Law or in a similar field
• Fluent in French and English (any other languages will be a plus)
• Previous experience of at least 4 years as a Compliance Officer in Luxembourg is mandatory for this position
• You are a proactive person, able to work in autonomy but also to be part of a team
• Knowledge of funds (AIFM/UCITS/PE/RE) will be a strong asset for this position
• An interest for marketing techniques will be appreciated
