Company Secretary : The Function

  • Manage a portfolio of funds (UCITS/AIF), including incorporation, liquidation, and daily management.
  • Review and coordinate corporate documents (agreements, contracts).
  • Oversee the bank account opening process.
  • Organize board meetings and prepare related documents (minutes, PoA).
  • Handle daily queries from your clients.
  • Coordinate cross-border transactions and liaise with clients, lawyers, banks, and notaries.
  • Collaborate with the Compliance team on AML/KYC processes and prepare KYC documentation.
  • Manage publications on the Luxembourg Business Register and maintain internal databases

Company Secretary : Your Profile

  • You are fluent in English and French (knowledge of Italian will be a plus)
  • You hold a Master's degree in Law, Business Administration, Economy or any other relevant field
  • The tasks of a Company Secretary in Luxembourg no longer hold any secrets for you and have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Customer-service oriented, extremely organized with a keen eye for detail
  • You you have excellent knowledge of UCITS/AIF funds
