Banking/Finance & Fund Lawyer - Your Role :
As a Banking/Finance or Fund Lawyer, you will:
- Provide expert legal counsel to local and international clients on intricate financial matters;
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts in banking and finance law;
- Advise on fund structuring and compliance with regulatory requirements;
- Handle financial litigation cases where necessary.
Working within a multidisciplinary team, you'll have the opportunity to deepen your expertise and develop a specialized practice based on your career ambitions.
Banking/Finance & Fund Lawyer - Your Profile:
Experience: 2 to 7 years in banking, finance, or fund law.
Languages: Fluency in both English and French, with excellent written and verbal skills.
Skills & Attributes:
- Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail;
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills;
- Proactive and able to manage a varied workload independently.
Banking/Finance & Fund Lawyer - What We Offer :
Attractive Salary Package: €70,000 - €120,000, commensurate with your experience and expertise.
