Accountant Soparfi and SV

POSTE
Your missions:
You will be responsible for a portfolio of companies, managing all transactions from A to Z, including maintaining accurate accounting records, cashbook entries, recording expenses and payroll, as well as posting all necessary month/year-end transactions.
You will analyze legal documentation (sales or purchase agreements, loan and subscription agreements, etc.).
You will be responsible for preparing annual accounts in accordance with Lux GAAP, tax returns, periodic and annual VAT returns, as well as regulatory reports (BCL reports).
You will handle inquiries from auditors, clients, and tax authorities, as well as address internal accounting-related issues.
You will have the opportunity to work with various clients.
You will also be required to report on client needs and demands.
You will participate in other accounting projects aimed at improving the efficiency of accounting processes, including mentoring junior accountants.
You will stay informed of accounting, regulatory, tax, and legal developments that impact your role and advise management on necessary actions.
PROFIL
Your profile:
Degree in Accounting, Audit, or Finance.
2 to 3 years of professional experience in a fiduciary, with securitization experience being essential.
Familiarity with Lux GAAP standards.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
Proactive and initiative-driven mindset.
Organized and methodical approach.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload effectively.
