Given the ongoing development of our firm, we are currently recruiting: Product Owner
Key responsibilities:
- Manage the entire product lifecycle from conception to launch, including gathering requirements, overseeing delivery stages, and managing product performance;
- Design product strategy for “HR & learning” flagship for the years to come;
- Engage closely with stakeholders, including users and senior management, to understand business needs, design user journey and identify areas of improvement for a better user experience;
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to maintain a deep understanding of the HR and learning landscapes;
- Identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement;
- Perform business case and return on investment analysis;
- Manage proof of concepts and prototypes phase;
- Act as business representative during new product delivery phase;
- Translate business needs into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria, effectively communicating these to the provider or development team;
- Define and prioritize the product backlog items based on the business value and ROI, ensuring solutions align with user demands and company goals;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including editors, solution providers, UX/UI designers, developers, and business analysts, to ensure seamless product development and/or implementation;
- Organise product on-boarding;
- Track and report on product performance metrics, using data to drive decisions and report on the effectiveness of product enhancements, together with proposing product enhancements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Learning and Development, or a related field;
- Proven experience of 3+ years as a Product Owner, or substantial experience in HR and learning functions with a strong grasp of product management processes;
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar agile methodology certification is highly desirable;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to create visionary solutions and execute them;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working with diverse teams and facilitating effective collaboration;
- Experience in using product management tools and methodologies to manage complex product developments.
