- Maintain up-to-date records in the CRM for accurate forecasting and reporting 📊
- Manage digital contracts with precision in our dedicated system 💼💻
Your Profile:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in software renewal or Customer Service roles 📈
- Proficiency in CRM software, such as Salesforce 🛠️
- Fluent in English; knowledge of French is a bonus 🌟
- Customer-centric mindset with a knack for sales 🎯
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially in Excel and SharePoint 📊💼
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently 🎯
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor 🗣️👥
