We are currently conducting interviews to hire a Tax Lawyer with experience in a law firm or Big Four in Luxembourg.

Our partner is a well implanted international Law Firm expanding its business and thus would like to welcome an additional team member to its tax department. You would be joining a small team and an involved and highly experienced Partner, who work for international and local clients and advise these on taxation matters. In addition to tax law, this firm also assist clients on Corporate/M&A matters, Business litigation as well as investment fund law.

Your Responsibilities | Tax Associate – Lawyer – Tax – Legal - Law Firm - Avocat

• Direct involvement in tailor made tax structuring for international clients.
• As part of the tax team you will have to provide tax advice, to local and international clients.
• You are actively participating in drafting, reviewing and negotiating documentation.
• As part of the development of the team, you will have the mission to develop strong client relationships with a focus on respecting the high standards of the Law Firm.
• Work closely with other department and offices (cross-practice/border).
  
  

Profile and Career Path | Tax Associate – Lawyer – Tax – Legal - Law Firm - Avocat

• You possess at least 2 years of experience within the Tax department of a law firm, or as a Tax (advisory) Associate in a Big Four based in Luxembourg.
• You master English at a high level and have at least an intermediary level of French. Any other languages will be an advantage. The goal is to be able to communicate with global stakeholders in an efficient and effective way.
• You are open-minded and meticulous and enjoy working closely with international team members across the globe.
• You are highly self-motivated and are looking for a career challenge within a fast-growing law firm of the local landscape.
