Your Responsibilities | Transfer Agent – Private Equity – AIF – Fund Operations

• Processing subscriptions, redemptions, and transfers of shares or units within fund documentation.
• Maintaining and updating the shareholder register and ensuring all client data is accurate and up to date.
• Performing AML/KYC due diligence on investors and handling related requests in collaboration with the compliance team.
• Handling capital calls and distributions in close coordination with fund managers and custodians.
• Interacting with clients and internal departments to ensure timely and accurate processing of investor-related activities.
• Supporting audits and regulatory reporting in connection with investor data and fund activity.

Profile and Career Path | Transfer Agent – Private Equity – AIF – Fund Operations

• You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within fund administration, ideally with exposure to Private Equity or Real Estate structures.

• You are fluent in English (any additional language is a plus).

• You are known for your precision, reactivity, and ability to handle several responsibilities efficiently, even under time constraints.

• You thrive in smaller teams where you can build meaningful connections and appreciate the stability of a long-term commitment.
