We are delighted to present you with a new opportunity in an exceptional environment. Our partner, based in Luxembourg City, is looking for a (Senior) Personal Assistant to ensure the smooth running of the Family Office, investing in a variety of sectors.
It should be noted that the new employee will be able to work completely autonomously and will become a real person of trust for the family. Since you will be working independently, you will have the chance (as a Luxembourgish resident) to work primarily from home, or as a cross-border worker to benefit from a lot of flexibility and 34 days of homeworking, as well as a part-time role.
For this Family Office, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the family, who will be present on a regular basis to make sure you feel good and reassure you that you are providing real added value in their business and personal matters.
Although you can work from home, you will also be able to work in beautiful offices, and to take advantage of the exceptional environment in these officer of over 100m2, modern IT tools (as the Partner is very into technology), plenty of shops nearby and a very accessible location.

Your Responsibilities | Personal Assistant – Family Office – Finance - Assistant
- You are responsible for booking travel arrangements for the family, for example by ensuring that hotels, flights, taxis, restaurant reservations and so on are well organized.
- You will be in charge of collecting the necessary information and documents for KYC reasons, and sharing these with banks and authorities.
- You will handle contact with the fiduciary, including the accountants, tax advisors and corporate officers, if they need specific documents for example.
- You may be involved in specific projects, allowing you to have variety in your role.
- You will work primarily for two members of the family, but occasionally you might intervene for two others as well.
- International travel will be rare, although you would be expected to travel around 4 times per year to a neighboring country, which is fully paid by the firm, and would only be a 2-day stay each time. This will allow you to change scenery, see all members of the family and company physically.
Profile and Career Path | Personal Assistant – Family Office – Finance - Assistant
- For at least 6 years, you have been working in a similar role : Experience as a Personal Assistant for a Family Office or Holding will represent a very strong asset, but experience as Administrative Assistant in a similar environment or Law Firm for example will be taken into consideration as well.
- Fluency in English and French is asked and required, whereas any other language will represent a plus.
- You have a great sense of discretion and proactivity, allowing the family to be able to count on you.
- You are able to show a stable career path and have not job hopped every 2 years for example. You also want to evolve long-term at a future employer.
- You have good organizational skills and a good sense of priorities.
- Having obtained a higher degree (BTS, Bachelor...) will also be a plus.

- This opportunity offers a lot of flexibility as you will have the chance to work from home the majority of the time (as a Luxembourgish resident), or 34 days as a cross-border worker. In addition to the fact that you can work part-time (3 or 4 days per week, depending on your preference), you will have flexible hours and be able to fully enjoy your time with your loved ones.

- An interesting gross salary that can reach €72.000 (full-time basis) depending on your experience and skill set. Other advantages could be discussed.
