Your Responsibilities | Lawyer – Investment funds – Attorney – Finance – Law firm

• You will be responsible for the formation and restructuring of AIFs and UCITS funds.
• You will maintain direct contact with clients, fostering strong and lasting relationships.
• Your role will include drafting and reviewing legal documentation.
• You will also contribute to the business development of the firm.
• Supervising and mentoring junior team members in their daily tasks will be part of your responsibilities.
• Advising clients on their projects and strategies will be a key aspect of your mission.
  
  

Profile and Career Path | Lawyer – Investment funds – Attorney – Finance – Law firm

• You have at least 5 years of experience as a funds lawyer within a law firm in Luxembourg, enabling you to quickly adapt to your new position.
• Fluency in both French and English is essential to ensure effective communication with colleagues and clients.
• You possess a strong understanding of AIFs, which is critical for this role. Familiarity with UCITS is a significant advantage.
• To excel in your role, you are proactive, dynamic, and possess a rigorous approach to ensure deadlines are consistently met.
