Your Responsibilities | Senior Fund Lawyer – Legal – investment Funds – Lawyer
- As a Senior Fund Lawyer, you will be responsible for drafting, structuring and checking contracts;
- You will oversee legal monitoring, and negotiation;
- You will manage a team of 3 to 4 people composed of junior and senior associates;
- You will be the contact with third party and clients
Profile and Career Path | Senior Fund Lawyer – Legal – investment Funds – Lawyer
- You have at least 5 years of experience as a Fund Lawyer, preferably with a focus on AIF and UCIT funds;
- If you currently speak English and French, it will help you in your work with clients and colleagues, any other language will be considered an asset;
- If you are well organized, proactive and pragmatic, it will clearly be an advantage for you.
