(Senior) Corporate Officer – In House, No extra Hours
We are delighted to present an amazing opportunity to join an in-house position at an AIFM located in the heart of Luxembourg. The company is looking for a Senior Corporate Officer to join their team. The team is human-sized and close-knit, offering a multicultural environment based on a human-centered culture.

Your Responsibilities | Corporate – Legal – CoSec – AIFM – Fund administration
- You will draft various types of documentation, such as minutes, board resolutions, contracts, and agreements.
- You will ensure coordination with third parties, such as notaries, lawyers, and banks.
- You will manage the onboarding of new SPVs and Holdings, including bank account opening and the collection of necessary documentation for the KYC/AML process check.
- You will manage the approbation of annual accounts.
- When needed, you will ensure the dissolution of SPVs and Holdings.
Profile and Career Path | Corporate – Legal – CoSec – AIFM – Fund administration
- To be comfortable in your new environment, you should have at least 3 years of experience as a Corporate Officer in Luxembourg within a similar setting, such as a fiduciary, family office, or investment firm.
- You have experience managing a portfolio of SPVs and/or Holdings in Private Equity.
- You are fluent in English, ensuring smooth communication both internally and externally. Any other language is considered an asset.
- You consider yourself proactive and always eager to develop your knowledge, which will contribute to your success.

- You will benefit from a salary up to 70,000€ gross per year and a bonus, providing you with a comfortable standard of living.
