We are excited to assist a prestigious investment firm in the recruitment of a (Senior) Compliance Officer. This firm, with a team of 50 employees, operates across four key divisions: corporate governance, compliance, accounting, and tax.

Specializing in non-regulated investment vehicles, the company serves various entities within its group, all based in Luxembourg. The firm boasts a vibrant and diverse workforce that collaborates closely to maintain operational excellence.

Your Responsibilities | Senior Compliance Officer – Compliance – AML/KYC – Finance - Legal

• You will play a key role in developing and implementing policies and procedures, ensuring the compliance framework aligns with all regulatory requirements.
• You will oversee internal control matters, providing support to your colleague responsible for the first line of defense. Additionally, you will report your findings to the Head Of and keep them informed about operational risks.
• Staying current with the latest regulatory developments, you will update AML procedures and policies as needed.
• While this role involves minimal KYC responsibilities, you may occasionally review KYC files.

• Experience: With 3 to 7 years as a Compliance Officer in a PFS, Fiduciary, Big Four, or a similar setting, you have developed a strong sense of autonomy.
• Exposure: You have experience working with SPVs and/or investment funds.
• Language Skills: A fluent command of English is essential, with proficiency in other languages, such as French, being an advantage.
• Regulatory Knowledge: You possess an excellent understanding of the regulatory landscape in Luxembourg.
