Senior B&F Lawyer – Low Turnover, Evolution Perspectives
We are delighted to introduce a new opportunity within an international law firm located in the heart of Luxembourg. The firm is seeking a new Banking and Finance lawyer to join its human-sized team of fewer than 50 employees.
The firm has a distinguished and prestigious clientele, allowing every lawyer to work on engaging cases and apply their knowledge on a daily basis. The services offered to clients include banking & finance law, corporate law, investment funds law, litigation, and tax law. The technical expertise is high, and the firm's culture is centered around a personalized approach to client service.

Despite this, the firm's size remains intimate, allowing team members to build close relationships and develop their professional networks. Your Responsibilities | Law – Lawyer – International – Finance – Banking & Finance
- You will be responsible for managing your cases independently.
- You will advise your clients on their strategic decisions.
- You will negotiate agreements on behalf of your clients.
- Assisting financial institutions, banks, and investment funds in obtaining licenses will be part of your daily tasks.
- You will draft various documents, such as loan agreements.
Profile and Career Path | Law – Lawyer – International – Finance – Banking & Finance
- You have at least 5 years of experience as a Banking & Finance lawyer within a law firm in Luxembourg.
- To maintain effective communication with your clients and third parties, you are fluent in English. French would be an asset.
- You have experience in both regulatory and transactional work, which is essential to effectively fulfill your role.
- To ensure strong relationships with your clients and understand their needs, you possess excellent communication skills.
- You consider yourself proactive and organized, which helps you meet required deadlines.

- You will earn a salary of up to €132,000 gross per year, providing you with a good standard of living.
- In addition to this salary, you will receive an annual bonus.
