Our partner is a prestigious PFS that has been present in Luxembourg for a vast amount of years. They have not only grown in Luxembourg, but also throughout their several entities abroad which shows that the group in itself is stable and developing itself continuously.
The company offers a wide range of services some of which are accounting and tax, fund administration, legal and compliance services. The PSF has mainly focused on a client base of Holdings and investment funds throughout the years, and you will personally have the opportunity to take on a varied portfolio.

As RC MLRO, you will join a small team of less than 5 people, all of whom have a different level of experience. At your level, you will be able to propose your own ideas and solutions. Your Responsibilities | RC - Senior Compliance Officer – Compliance – PFS - Legal
- You are responsible for identifying, reviewing and evaluating any compliance risks and reporting these. You adopt a proactive and solution-oriented approach moving forward.
- You are in charge of implementing and following up procedures and reviewing them regularly which is why you have excellent knowledge of the Luxembourgish and European framework.
- Due diligence : you verify all information and data obtained about investors and make sure this is continuously up to date.
- Your client portfolio will be primarily composed of Holdings and investment funds, and you will make sure to coordinate with the other teams of the PFS so everyone is aware of the evolution of the client.
Profile and Career Path | RC - Senior Compliance Officer – Compliance – PFS - Legal
- Having strong communication skills in English is mandatory for this position. Any other language (especially French) will be considered a plus.
- 7 years of experience or more in Compliance in a similar environment (PFS, Big Four, Fiduciary) in Luxembourg is asked. You ideally have also acted as RC/MLRO, and we also ask that you already have experience on a Manager level.
- You have strong analytical skills and have a proactive way of working, allowing you to be reactive and to take appropriate measures when needed. This will of course happen in close collaboration with the Head of Compliance.
- You have obtained the ACAMS certification, and are also very skilled in AML.
- The PFS is looking for someone that is eager to learn, and that has an enjoyable personality.

- Full salary package up to € 130.000 gross per year (depending on your level of experience and skills) to which you can add meal vouchers and a bonus.
