We are delighted to introduce a new opportunity with a prestigious international law firm located in the heart of Luxembourg. They are currently seeking a new collaborator for their Corporate M&A department.

The law firm has been established in Luxembourg for a few years and has experienced considerable growth. They have acquired a prestigious clientele, providing their collaborators with the opportunity to work on interesting cases. Our client offers a variety of legal services, including Corporate Law and M&A, Investment Funds, Litigation, and Taxation.

The team is human-sized and composed of individuals with diverse backgrounds. Your Responsibilities | Law – Corporate M&A – Law Firm – Legal – Lawyer   

• You will ensure the constitution and liquidation of companies.
• You will be responsible for managing all of the transactional aspects, including acquisitions, mergers, and restructurations.
• You will draft various legal documents, such as resolutions, memoranda, shareholder agreements, contracts and so on.
• You will be responsible for direct client contact as well as liaising with third parties.
  
  

Profile and Career Path | Law – Corporate M&A – Law Firm – Legal – Lawyer   

• You have at least 4 years of experience within a law firm in Luxembourg in the Corporate M&A field, which will help you understand your role in your new environment well.
• To provide total satisfaction to your clients, you already work with clients in Private Equity.
• You are fluent in English. Indeed, as mentioned earlier, the law firm is international, and you will be working with international clients. French and German are considered as considerable assets.
• You are a member of the Luxembourg Bar, which is essential for representing your clients when necessary.
• You consider yourself proactive and always interested in developing your knowledge, which is helpful to maintain your efficiency.
  
  

Offer | Law – Corporate M&A – Law Firm – Legal – Lawyer   

• You will receive a salary of up to €120,000 gross per year, accompanied by a bonus to provide you with a comfortable standard of living.
• Meal vouchers worth €10.80 each will contribute to your lunch expenses, allowing you to save a considerable portion of your salary.
