For today's job offer, our partner is currently seeking an Accounting Manager to work independently in Luxembourg. Due to the growing number of clients in Luxembourg, our partner is looking for someone to take on this role and, over the next few years, gradually build their own team.
Our partner operates across multiple sectors, including the digital sector, offering you the chance to be part of an exciting experience. They manage various structures in Luxembourg, including Soparfis and holding companies.
With headquarters based in Europe, you will be in regular contact with different entities outside Luxembourg, which will significantly expand your network and support your professional growth.

Your Responsibilities | Accounting – Tax – VAT – Soparfi - PFS
- You will be responsible for preparing all required financial statements for your portfolio, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
- As a Manager Accountant, you will be expected to complete and submit tax and VAT returns in a timely manner, adhering to the deadlines set by regulatory authorities
- You will ensure that the annual accounts for your clients are prepared and submitted before the deadline, helping them avoid any late submission penalties
- Given the independent nature of the role in Luxembourg, you will also handle administrative tasks such as preparing board minutes and submitting various documents and publications to the RCS. br>
Profile and Career Path | Accounting – Tax – VAT – Soparfi - PFS
- For this role, you should be comfortable working independently to be considered the ideal candidate.
- To be considered, you should hold a degree in Accounting or a related field.
- Our partner is looking for a candidate with at least 7 years of experience in the accounting sector, ideally within a Big Four, PFS, or fiduciary in Luxembourg.
- You should have previous experience working with Soparfis and holding structures to meet the requirements of this role.
- Given the communication with other offices and clients, you must be fluent in English and possess a professional level of French.

- Our partner is prepared to offer you a competitive salary in the market, potentially reaching up to €100,000 gross per year, depending on your expertise and the value you bring to the company.
