We are pleased to present an exciting opportunity for a Junior Tax Lawyer position within a prestigious law firm. Located close to the city center, this firm boasts a strong presence in Europe and beyond and is widely recognized for its expertise in corporate law, banking & finance, investment funds, real estate, and tax law.

Moreover, you will be part of a human-sized office of over 20 professionals, composed lawyers from a junior associate to Partner position. Also, as a Junior Tax lawyer, you will have the opportunity to directly revert to the Partner without having to go trough your Senior or the Counsel, as the Partners are very involved in their junior associates’ requests and evolution. Your Responsibilities | Tax Lawyer – Corporate Tax – Legal Advisory – Junior

• Provide legal advice on tax-related matters, including corporate tax structuring, VAT, and international tax planning.
• Assist in drafting and reviewing tax opinions, contracts, and agreements for a diverse client portfolio.
• Support senior lawyers in tax litigation cases and negotiations with tax authorities.
• Conduct legal research and stay up to date with tax regulations, ensuring compliance with Luxembourg tax laws.
• Participate in business development initiatives, including client meetings and industry conferences.
  
  

Profile and Career Path | Tax Lawyer – Corporate Tax – Legal Advisory - Junior

• You have a Master’s degree in law, ideally with a specialization in Tax Law (although this is not mandatory), and you have obtained the CCDL.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a law firm in Luxembourg, in the Tax department.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen interest in tax law and regulations.
• Fluency in French and English is required; knowledge of German or Luxembourgish is an advantage.
• A motivated and proactive mindset, eager to learn and develop within a dynamic law firm.
