Your Responsibilities | Law – Lawyer – Law firm – AIFs – Finance – Investment funds
- You will collaborate closely with senior lawyers.
- You will be structuring and setting up AIFs.
- Reviewing and drafting legal documentation such as agreements, contracts, and prospectuses will be part of your daily tasks.
- You will liaise with third parties such as fiduciaries, notaries, and banks.
- To stay current with developments, you will ensure legal monitoring.
- You will be in direct contact with your clients and will advise them based on their requests.

- To understand your new position, you should have prior experience as an investment funds lawyer within a law firm in Luxembourg.
- To ensure good internal and external communication, you are fluent in English. German is considered a considerable asset.
- You have good communication and writing skills, which are essential for fulfilling your role.
- To be efficient, you consider yourself proactive and eager to learn and develop your knowledge.
- To meet deadlines, you possess strong organizational skills.
