Your Responsibilities | Corporate – Law – Fund governance – Legal – Asset Management

• You will be responsible for the daily management of SPVs in private equity and real estate, from their constitution to their dissolution.
• You will ensure the coordination by updating information to the RCS and RBE.
• Drafting minutes, agreements, and resolutions will be part of your daily tasks.
• You will ensure that the AML/KYC procedures are respected and that everything is compliant with the laws.

• You are fluent in English; any other language would be considered a plus. English is essential to ensure effective internal and external communication.
• Having prior experience of minimum 2 years in a similar environment (Asset Management Company or service provider) as a Corporate Officer for funds and/or SPVs is essential to fully understand your missions and provide excellent services.
• You consider yourself proactive and eager to develop your knowledge. You will be part of a team of collaborators who all have something to teach you and will support you in your career development.
