Your Responsibilities | Head Of Finance – Commercial Company - Luxembourg

• Oversee accounting, controlling, and payment processes from A to Z as the Head of Finance.
• Manage a team of three by supervising their daily tasks and ensuring smooth operations.
• Analyze KPIs, perform controlling duties, and provide reports directly to the company’s management.
• Support less experienced financial professionals by providing training in accounting and controlling and addressing their queries.
• Act as the primary point of contact with lawyers, service providers, and other external stakeholders.
  
  

Profile and Career Path | Head Of Finance – Commercial Company - Luxembourg

• You have a minimum of 10 years of experience in Luxembourg, with expertise in accounting and controlling.
• Experience as an External Auditor during your career would be considered a valuable asset.
• You have managed small teams and are skilled at reviewing the work of junior accountants.
• You are fluent in German and at least one of the following languages: French, English, or Luxembourgish.
• You possess strong communication skills and enjoy mentoring accountants and controllers in their professional development.
