We are glad and proud to collaborate with a prestigious firm located in the city center, in Luxembourg. We had the opportunity to meet our partner a few weeks ago, and we had an excellent feeling about them as we had an interesting conversation with the partner who explained to us the position in question. They are currently seeking a financial controller who will have the possibility to integrate a small team composed of 3 people.

Created more than 10 years ago, the company is present abroad, and they still would like to grow. Indeed, they are really ambitious, and they offer the opportunity to all employees to be more and more competent to grow up in the hierarchy. The company is perfectly organized as they have an accounting department, sales department, compliance, and support department.

Your Responsibilities | Excel – VBA – Power BI - Controlling

• As a Financial controller, you will be responsible for using management and monitoring tools to ensure effective control of the company’s finance.
• You will assist the CFO of the company in the preparation of budgets in collaboration with different teams and communicating important information that may serve the company’s objectives.
• You will be involved in implementing automation tools to optimize existing processes, ensuring precise monitoring of transactions.
• Moreover, you will be responsible for supporting your colleagues on different topics in liaise with the finance team. 
  
  

Profile and Career Path | Excel – VBA – Power BI - Controlling

• You have a background in audit in a Big Four in Luxembourg or you already have a first experience as a financial controller within a fintech, commercial company or industrial company.
• You would like to integrate a small team, you like to support your colleagues when they need.
• As there are a certain number of transactions to monitor, you have a great knowledge of Excel VBA and/or Power BI.
• You are fluent in English. If you are fluent in French as well, it will be considered a strong asset.
