This firm has been established in Luxembourg for almost 10 years and has a presence in many countries across Europe. They offer assistance in a vast range of specializations, including Tax, Investment Funds, Corporate M&A, Capital Markets, and Banking & Finance law.

Your Responsibilities | Law – Legal- Law firm – Lawyer – Tax - Counsel

• As Counsel Tax, you will lead a team of motivated and proactive collaborators and share your knowledge in Tax Law by coaching them and actively reviewing their files.
• Contribute to the business development of the firm through networking and participating to events.
• You will manage client meetings to offer services while maintaining an advisory role.
• You will, of course, still have your own files and be in contact with the most prestigious clients of the firm.
  
  

Profile and Career Path | Law – Legal- Law firm – Lawyer – Tax - Counsel

• You have at least 10 years of experience within a Law Firm as a lawyer specializing in Tax Law.
• You are fluent in German and have good proficiency in English (and ideally French) to ensure effective communication with collaborators and clients.
• You are highly motivated and eager to contribute to the development and representation of the law firm.
• Your experience has allowed you to develop a very proactive and commercial approach, which will be essential for you to grow the department.
• If you have portable business this is of course a strong advantage as well, but is not necessarily required. Should you have portable business, please be advised that your clients would be happy to join a firm of this stature.
