Your Responsibilities | In-House Corporate Officer – Asset Management – Legal – Corporate
- In your daily responsibilities, you will be involved in the legal management of SPVs, from their incorporation to their liquidation, mainly Private Equity, Real Estate and Private Debt in collaboration with a Senior Corporate Officer.
- Additionally, you will be in charge of the preparation and organization of board meetings and shareholder meetings as well as general meetings (annual, extraordinary). Then, you will be asked to draft the minutes of those meetings.
- The approval of annual accounts, the opening of bank accounts and updating the relevant registers (RCS/RBE) will be included in your daily tasks.
Profile and Career Path | In-House Corporate Officer – Asset Management – Legal – Corporate
- For this position, we are searching for a candidate with at least 2 years of experience as Corporate Officer or Legal Officer within the Luxemburgish financial industry, more specifically in an Asset manager, PFS or Fiduciary.
- You should have a fluent command of English. Any additional language skills will be considered a strong asset in your application.
- You have acquired a good autonomy in the management of SPVs.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Law would represent a strong advantage, although it is not mandatory.
- You describe yourself as a good team player with a real curiosity and drive, which will help you during your integration process to the team members and to the files.
