Our client, a renowned company based in Luxembourg, is looking to hire a Controlling Officer to join a small team of three people. This team consists of young professionals eager to become increasingly efficient in their work. The dynamic nature of this team will provide the new Controlling Officer with ample opportunities to develop their skills.

Your Responsibilities | Controlling Officer – Commercial Company - Luxembourg
- Oversee the preparation of budgets in collaboration with various teams and communicate crucial information that aligns with the company's objectives.
- Play a key role in implementing automation tools to optimize current processes, ensuring accurate transaction monitoring.
- As a Controlling Officer, utilize management and monitoring tools to ensure effective oversight of the company's finances.
- Support your colleagues on various finance-related topics.
Profile and Career Path | Controlling Officer – Prestigious Company - Luxembourg
- You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Luxembourg as a Financial Controller or as an external auditor in a Big Four/Audit Firm.
- Proficiency in German is required as the team primarily consists of German speakers. French or English will be considered strong assets.
- You are eager to evolve within a multicultural team and participate in internal and external training programs based on your strengths and weaknesses.
- You are a team player looking to build long-term relationships with your team.
