We are currently supporting a client in their search for a corporate & financial analyst to join a human-sized team where well-being is a priority. This company is a family office specializing in real estate and private equity investments. The role offers a genuine work-life balance, which is why this opportunity is for a part-time status.

Your Responsibilities | Finance – Financial analyze – Audit – Corporate governance

• You will handle financial reporting and monitoring, for example of cash flow, as needed as well as reconciliations.
• You will analyze financial records and explain key developments.
• You will be exposed to a variety of investments which will allow you to have a 360° view of them. You will for example, also participate in meetings with banks.
• You will also be responsible for corporate governance tasks, including organizing board meetings, managing follow-ups, and filing documentation.
• You will draft various documents, such as meeting minutes and resolutions.

• You have at least 2 years of experience as an auditor in Luxembourg, equipping you with the rigor needed to perform the analyses required.
• To communicate effectively with colleagues, you are fluent in French and English, with Spanish as a valuable asset.
• You are open-minded and versatile in your daily work, allowing you to handle the varied aspects of your role efficiently.
• You are proactive and eager to learn new tasks, helping you perform at your best.

• You will earn a salary of up to €45,000 gross per year (based on a 50%, or 20 hours/week, status), allowing you to maintain a comfortable standard of living.
• A performance-based bonus will reward your efforts and contributions to the company.
