ROLE DESCRIPTION 

 

Are you looking for an internship in IT starting in 2024 ? 

 

This is an exciting opportunity to become part of the Business Applications team (IT), in the area of People & Culture (HR) Enterprise Applications, in a fast-paced, growing organization within a dynamic ;

Based in Betzdorf, Luxembourg, you will contribute to efficient support and development of the SAP People & Culture (HR) l Enterprise Applications for the group, covering all different process domains and business units across the ;

 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES 

 

  • Work together with the ERP Services team and the HRIS team 
  • Participate in the development of the People & Culture (HR) IT Solutions 
  • First Level Requirement Analysis 
  • Perform simple configuration within SAP ECC HCM for recurring activities (like Work Schedules, Wage Types…) 
  • Assist Business in test scenarios preparation and execution 
  • Participate in weekly meetings related SAP HCM 
  • Being exposed to SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Fiori Launchpad, SAP Concur solutions 
  • Support documentation and reporting using Microsoft Power BI, and Microsoft tools 
  • Support automation of tasks using Microsoft Power Automate 

 

YOUR PROFILE 

must have 

  • Current student in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Finance/Economics or in a relevant ;
  • Very strong computer literacy (MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, PBI).  
  • Fluency in spoken and written ;
  • Self-motivated and able to deal well with ambiguity and rapidly changing priorities 
  • Good analytical skills, problem-solving skills 
  • Able to work in Luxembourg (EU-citizenship)

 

2. It would be nice if you had 

  • Knowledge of SAP HCM and/or other HR software considered a big plus 
  • Real interest in the global technology, media, and telecom business and satellite communications in particular 
  • Knowledge and understanding of HR processes 
  • Knowledge of HR-ABAP or other similar development languages (Python, )
  • Project Management methodological knowledge (Agile / Scrum) 
  • Additional languages considered an asset
