We are seeking to recruit a Legal Trainee.
Your tasks:
- Work on legal files in all the practice areas of our law firm and related to Business Law (;Corporate/M&A, Banking, Finance and Capital Markets, Dispute Resolution, Investment Management, Employment, Insurance & Reinsurance and Real Estate) for local and multinational companies;
- Draft any type of contracts and/or legal documents;
- Conduct research into a variety of legal issues;
- Discover the Luxembourg jurisdiction and its courts.
Your profile:
- Qualification: Academic background and qualifications in law ( you have obtained or are currently registered for a Master’s degree in Law or similar qualifications);
- Languages: Fluent in English and French (written and spoken);
- Skills: Proactive, dynamic, team player and good communication skills.
