Civil Engineer Assistant (F/M)

To join our Project team, we are looking for a talented civil engineering projects Assistant, who will work out the necessities of a defined project and manage it until the finishing.
You will also participate in the examination of the civil works, infrastructures and building.
Your daily work consists of:
- Design and draw future projects,
- Negotiation and specification for tender requests,
- Comparison of quotations / cost estimations and Capex,
- Work out and supervise general technical items,
- Contact with suppliers and contractors,
- Supervision on site of quality, time, ability and security,
- Keep up secure conditions until the finishing of the project
- Check of supplier drawings and approbation for the proposed solutions,
- Supply drawings for collaborators (Commodo documentation, MOS, Fire protection, Production,..).

Here is an overview of the skills required to be our future Project Assistant:
- Previous experience in a similar position,
- Ideally experience in the industrial sector,
- Fluent in English, other languages are a plus,
- Deep knowledge in AutoCAD, Word, Excel,
- Able to work both with a team and alone,
- Excellent ability to work under pressure,
- Deadline-focused person, your know how to prioritize your work.
