Job Description
Back office and Front office support
Handle the Reception switchboard
Be responsible for meeting room management in our two buildings.
Be the first ambassador of the KPMG values and feelings when receiving our clients in our premises
Provide a high professional welcome to all clients and visitors,
Organize small catering orders (breakfast, lunches, drinks).
What you will be working on
Administrative tasks
- Handle the Reception switchboard
- Manage the Client Services team mailbox with all type of requests
- Manage meeting room bookings
- Suppliers orders
- Liaise and provide support to our Facilities department on day to day matters and queries
Client services related activities :
- Greet and welcome guests, visitor and staff in our building
- Ensure a service of excellence at the Client Services desk
- Deliver a first-class service to the client.
- Determining clients needs and directing them accordingly
- Be a contributor of our Client Experience by promoting our working places
Catering and events organization
- Liaise and collaborate with our on-site caterer to organize internal or external events
- Manage VIP and Conference room bookings
- Facilitate, organize and liaise with our Hospitality team regarding changes, last minute requests on meeting room reservations.
What we look for
• Proven experience as a receptionist, front office representative, customer service or in a similar role.
• Strong communication skills : excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong customer service skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
• Fluency in English and French, any additional languages such as German or Luxembourgish are an asset.
