What will you do:
- Participate in our clients’ strategic transformation journey, especially by implementing cutting-edge technology solutions to achieve more sustainable practices
- Perform market research, develop frameworks and methodologies, and build data insights related to climate and sustainability technologies
- Support clients with the selection and implementation of solutions, particularly related to ESG topics
- Contribute to the development of key alliances and partnerships with solution providers
- Work in a multidisciplinary team and collaborate closely with Deloitte global network
- Benefit from the expertise and experience of recognized industry experts
- Work collaboratively with various stakeholders (e.g., developers, UX/UI designers, business teams, vendors)
- Contribute to the development of a specialized team, focusing on knowledge development and sharing, as well as coaching and mentoring junior team members
What about you:
- Master’s degree in Computer or Data Science, Climate or Environmental Science
- From 2 to 5 years of experience with ESG Management and Reporting tools
- Strong knowledge of sustainability frameworks and European sustainability regulatory landscape is a plus (CSRD, ESRS, EU Taxonomy, etc.)
- Experience with platforms such as Salesforce (Net Zero Cloud or Sustainability 360), SAP Sustainability Control Tower, or EHS solutions will be considered a plus
- Proficiency in data analytics tools, software platforms development, and digital transformation
- Solid analytical, problem-solving & communication skills with versatile mindset
- Knowledge of Agile delivery (including methods such as SCRUM, Kanban, etc.)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluency in English & French. German or Luxembourgish will be considered an asset
