Duties & Responsabilities :
As Financial Analyst, your main responsibilities and missions will be:
Prepare the monthly reporting template for the units.
Populate the Monthly template with data available in BPM.
Prepare consolidation files based on data reported in the monthly report and cross verification with BPM where applicable (key figures, EBITDA Bridges, TCOE and FTE, Operating working capital, Free cash Flow, procurement, Operating statement etc….).
Review, follow up, analyses of the main variances vs Budget and/or Forecast.
Prepare the Budget/Strategy templates and respective consolidation file.
You will be required to work closely with Luxembourg finance team and will be reporting to the BD controller/CFO.
Education :
• Bachelor/Master student in Finance with strong accounting knowledge.
Skills & Specifications :
- Finance education with good accounting knowledge and analytical skills
- Advance Excel knowledge (using complex formulas and files)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft office (PPT, Word, Access…)
- Good communication skills, as they are required for a regular communication with the units controllers/CFOs
- Capability to work under tight deadlines
Work experience requirements :
• Previous experience in plant/industry on similar position will be considered as advantage
Langages :
• Excellent English is a must and any additional language is considered as advantage (French, Italian and Spanish)
