Mission
- Supervise and manage the daily operations of the "High-Bay" warehouse, ensuring optimal efficiency;
- Minimize production downtime related to the warehouse by identifying and quickly resolving operational issues;
- Master the overall warehouse management process, including proactive monitoring of conveyor and crane systems;
- Accurately record downtime and conduct in-depth root cause analyses to suggest improvements;
- Ensure inventory accuracy by performing regular checks and resolving issues in the warehouse;
- Maximize warehouse utilization while producing daily reports and KPIs;
- Ensure continuity of operations by covering for colleagues when necessary (sickness, holidays);
- Continuously improve operations and ensure smooth communication with the production team;
- Maintain a thorough understanding and adherence to organizational requirements.
Profile
- Expertise in the efficient and accurate transfer of material in automated warehouses;
- Strong knowledge of operations management and solid operational insights;
- Ability to maintain operational efficiency while following internal procedures;
- Commitment to meeting or exceeding performance objectives as part of Kronospan’s performance assessment;
- Flexibility to perform any other reasonable tasks requested by management.
